A pause in nature for you and your music writing, fill your cup with inspiration and surround yourself with like minded people.
The retreat is held at Lillsved Folk High School in the Stockholm archipelago. Here you can swim in the sea or look out over it, walk in the forest, just enjoy the silence and where your thoughts can clear. This is a place for those who want to create with their heart. No demands, no performance – just creativity, community, good food, forest air, sea air and that feeling of being completely and fully alive.
There are single and shared double rooms with shared shower rooms and toilets. Sheets and towels are included. A simple kitchen is available where you can store your own snacks if you wish. We live simply but comfortably - in an environment that invites peace, rest and creation so that you can focus on what is important: your music, your creativity and your experience.

The food served in the restaurant during the retreat is well-prepared, generous and with homemade bread every day. It is prepared with care and love, awareness of health and sustainability. There are always vegetarian options. We eat inside the restaurant or out on the terrace - with the sea and nature around the corner, the meal becomes a break for body and soul. A moment for both taste buds and senses to enjoy.
A beverage station with coffee and tea is in the kitchen next to our accommodation where you can grab a coffie or tea whenever you want during the day. Please note that the retreat is completely alcohol-free. All meals and hot drinks are included. Do you have allergies or special dietary needs? Please let us know when booking.

My name is Sara Littecke Bond. On the surface I am a mother, wife, woman, 40+ with a "day job". But above all I see myself as a songwriter, singer, inspirer and aspiring mindset and brain coach.
As a singer and songwriter I have always gone my own way. I love helping fellow songwriters and music creators to see and feel their inner power and value.
Everyone has a unique story, a unique voice, and others need it. I have been to many songwriting retreats and I remember each one vividly. At this retreat I will help you find inspiration, what awakens your joy and ways to overcome obstacles which might appear so that you can create with flow. To write together with others and being part of a creative community is an unbeatable experience. /Sara
There are several single rooms available but they are still on a first come, first served basis.
The retreat is held at Lillsved Folkhögskola on Värmdö outside Stockholm.
To Stockholm by air: the nearest airport is Stockholm Arlanda. From there you can take the express train, airport bus, taxi, or commuter train to Stockholm Central.

You continue on road 274 through Hemmesta, at the crossroads you continue in the direction of Vaxholm. Follow that road past Siggesta farm and soon there is a sign for Lillsved on the right. Or simply open your navigator and follow directions to Lillsvedsvägen 100, Värmdö, Sweden.
Absolutely you are! Anyone who is interested in writing music, wants to develop or wants to be inspired by others is welcome. It is the best place for it!
Of course! I encourage everyone to bring unfinished songs you're stuck with or song ideas you have as material for your collaborations.
No, sheets and towels are included in the accommodation.
The retreat is planned for 10 people, but there is room for more. With a smaller group we can focus more and dive deeper into the process and the songs that are written during the days.
To co-write is completely optional and you are absolutely welcome to write on your own if you prefer. Just let me know so I know how to distribute the grouping for each day.
You choose the option to pay in installments in the booking form. And I will contact you to make a plan.
The best thing is to fill it in the booking form. You can also email me at hej@saralitteckebond.se
Your reservation is binding but not personal. You can give your place to someone else. If you give your place away, they need to provide their details and any food allergies just like you did when you made your reservation.
There is the possibility to swim in the sea, sauna, walk and exercise. If you want to do any of these activities, I recommend packing clothes for it.
Generally bring clothes according to the weather.
For songwriting, it is good to bring paper and pen, recording devices such as a mobile phone or laptop.
